Been having a problem with my subs cutting out all the time couldn’t even go past quarter volume. Thanks to New Image, they found the problem in less then 5 mins. Got me a new amp fix the problem in less than a hour. Highly recommend, I’ll be back again.

Just walked in a few minutes ago with some general questions that I had about a system I had installed about a year ago from another shop. Come to find out had some shoddy work done and the guys at New Image Autosports were able to get a new me hooked up with a brand new ported enclosure that is closest we could find in their inventory that was correct for the driver instead of previous box that was to small ontop of replacing the home made cut up extension cord used as speaker wire…. Sense I put my trust in the other shop that did the install. I did not know it was like that until today when I pulled the subwoofer out of the enclosure to inspect it! They even went above and beyond to test the sub and refused to let me give them an additional payment or tip for just making sure the sub wasn’t hurt/damaged due to another shops poor work! I definitely recommend giving this shop a look and see what they have available because I can guarantee I will be coming back for future improvements and builds especially since I have a brand new 20206 gladiator that I have been given the all clear from the wife to overhaul the entire sound system.
